Kelly and her team were absolutely amazing. We hired Just Save the Date as our month of wedding planner. Kelly was so amazing and was available to us throughout the entire year process of our planning to answer questions and give us suggestions when we asked for them. Her team did an amazing job of setting up for our wedding reception and really making everything turn out exactly like our vision. Kelly from Just Save the Date was INCREDIBLE! I hired Kelly with her full service package, meaning that she was with me starting a year before the wedding...I have to admit I am extremely detail oriented and an ex-event planner myself...so I had high expectations, but Kelly and Leslie took our wedding as if it was their own. They were engaged in everything and so interested in exactly what we wanted for the look and feel of the wedding. The day-of, I sat back and drank champagne and got pampered with my bridesmaids while Kelly and Leslie were working away making sure that everything was set up and perfect. There wasn’t a moment where I thought I needed to go check on anything. I knew they would make it just how we envisioned it. And they did. There is no price you can put on peace of mind on your wedding day. This duo is the best of the best, they go above and beyond and made our wedding day so seamless. Not only that, but they felt like family after our week long wedding. You would be lucky to have them on your wedding day.
I was planning my wedding long-distance, so it was important to me to develop trust with someone in just a few phone calls. I spoke with Kelly, who was personable but genuine, and seemed enthusiastic, yet laid back... perfect for me. We corresponded with Kelly for months -she was constantly checking up on us to make sure everything was going well. It was awesome to have a line of contact in Key West.The month leading up to the wedding, the services of Just Save the Date became more than helpful... they were invaluable. They literally took over - they made schedules, coordinated with vendors.... everything was taken care of. Kelly ended up having her baby literally the week of our wedding - which could have been a disaster for us, frankly. Leslie, swooped in and seamlessly took over where Kelly left off. She orchestrated everything so that we never knew anyone else was there(at our intimate nine guests event). I could not encourage anyone enough to hire a planner... and I couldn’t recommend anyone more than Just Save the Date. Thank you for the most perfect day.

After working with Kelly and Leslie I can say a wedding planner is well worth it. I was planning my wedding from across the country and they made it so easy. They lead me to amazing vendors and helped negotiate which was great since the time difference made everything so much harder. The entire wedding ran seamlessly because of them, if there was a problem I did not know about it. I would recommend these lovely ladies to anyone planning a wedding.
We hired Kelly and Leslie from Just Save the Date as our day of wedding planners which also included several check-in calls leading up to the big day as well as many, many emails answering our questions and providing suggestions for additional vendors. These two were literally life-savers leading up to the wedding. We were able to ship everything to them, including stuff for our welcome bags, favors and guestbook. They brought us what we needed when we needed it and took everything else for set up on the wedding day. They set up everything perfectly, we didn’t have to think about any of it. They coordinated vendors and helped us with shoes, bustles (including a minor bustle-mergency halfway through), finding one of the bride’s lost purses and even took our flowers from the reception and decorated our room with them. What a wonderful and beautiful surprise waiting for us at the end of the night!
Let me start by saying that a 5 out of 5 does not give Kelly from Just Save the Date justice - she was a perfect 10 all around! From the minute we met her, she was extremely professional. Her knowledge and expertise was so apparent throughout our entire planning process, the day of the event, and even the following day. Kelly was brought into the process less than 3 months before our wedding date, and because of her, the day went how I had envisioned it. Kelly arrived the afternoon before for our rehearsal and was already able to solve the first problem - some of the rentals were wrong and she solved it right away and had the new ones brought in. The day of the wedding, Kelly arrived early to go through all of the details of the day with us. I found out later, that her and her assistant basically set up the entire ceremony area & reception area since one of the other vendors had not shown up on time (keep in mind I hired Kelly to coordinate everything the day of, it was not in her job description to do any of the setting up yet she did it without even being asked). As the night went on, I could not imagine how it would have ended up without her solving every single problem as they occurred (and trust me, there were a lot that I found out about the following day - she made sure to solve the problem quietly, discreetly, and professionally). The day went absolutely perfectly from what my husband and I saw, and that was all thanks to her!! I would HIGHLY recommend Kelly to anyone planning their wedding! Kelly - we cannot thank you enough for all that you did!!!
Kelly, where do I begin? My journey with Kelly started a year before my wedding and I elected to do the full wedding service. From my first meeting with Kelly to the days after my wedding, Kelly always made me feel number one. I could never say thank you enough and feel like I expressed my gratitude to her attention to detail and professionalism. On my wedding day, Kelly created an itinerary for wedding guests and vendors. I was relieved to know I had someone in my corner to take care of all vendors and issues that arose. It blows my mind that the vision I had in mind on how my wedding day would be and look, far exceeded my expectations. Kelly has an astonishing ability to pull ideas together to create a day that will NEVER be forgotten. I feel like I formed a new friend in Kelly, rather than just hiring a wedding planner.
The Just Save The Date girls were amazing. They “saved the day” at our wedding when we had issues with our caterer, and even poured wine as part of dinner service - they truly went above and beyond! It was a pleasure working with them and I cannot say enough good things about their organization, execution and day of delivery. I am a event planner myself and they made me feel calm, cool and collected the entire day ... I did not worry once! Highly, highly recommend!

Kelly was amazing from start to finish. She always answered emails and phone call promptly. She had great recommendations for vendors. The weekend of the wedding she really helped a ton! It made it worry free for my husband and I. She kept us ready and on time all weekend. I didn’t have to worry about any of the day of details. All the way through the end of the night she packed our gifts, guest book, photo booth book, etc. into her room so that we could continue the party with our guests. This is worth every penny. She was so much help!! It really makes your day flow perfectly and let’s you enjoy every minute.

I hired Kelly for full service planning. I started working with her about 11 months before my wedding. She guided me towards the best vendors in Key West and did all of the heavy lifting before and during my wedding day. The piece of mind that Kelly provided was priceless. Every time I started to feel overwhelmed, Kelly was right there to handle everything. A few months before my wedding, the venue coordinator at my venue left and someone new took over. I was so fortunate to have Kelly on my side during that stressful time as I knew she was looking out for me and me only. She consistently went above and beyond and made sure that everything went smoothly. There were a few little blips on the big day, but by the time I found out, Kelly had already taken care of it and found a solution. I am so happy to be a part of the Just Save the Date family and you will be too!

These ladies were simply amazing! We paid for the day of package and I found the need to call them during the planning for advice. They were so happy to share recommendations and more! My wish is that I would of done the full package with them, but for cost we didn’t since there was a coordinator at Casa Marina. This company is a class act and went above and beyond for us! We cannot thank them enough for a flawless day and always there to help when needed. They secured an umbrella when it rained and helped incorporate it into our photos despite missing out on sunset due to rain. They were so helpful with our bridal party and keeping them on time since it was a large group and people were unsure about what to do most of the time. We were even happier to learn that we were supporting military families by hiring them! I would hire them all over again - my day was flawless, easy, and fun thanks to them!

Kelly from Just Save the Date was one of the best investments I made for my wedding! She was an incredible sounding board to bounce ideas off of and help guide my vision. We kept in constant contact throughout the process, where she always listened and gave me great advice. She was also very accommodating with scheduling meetings and walk-throughs as we live in Orlando and were planning a destination wedding in the Keys. She has a wealth of knowledge in all things wedding related, including vendors, for all budget types. She is highly known and recommended by all of the local vendors, which came in handy when negotiating contracts. She has excellent organizational skills and worked well with all of my other vendors and wedding party. She was able to think quickly and resolve any issues leading to and on the day of the wedding, allowing me to keep calm and enjoy the day.It’s been almost two years and people are still talking about our wedding and how special it was, which was largely due to Kelly and her team!
