Kelly is a Florida native, and the owner of Just Save the Date and serves as the Director of Weddings & Events. She has a background in Event Planning, Marketing, and Communications. A proud University of Central Florida graduate (Go Knights), Kelly has planned weddings, corporate and social events throughout the United States including the southeast, northeast, northwest and mid-atlantic.

It All Started When...

Her true inspiration came while she was planning her own destination wedding. It seemed nearly impossible to capture her and her then-future husband's collective vision for their big day, particularly before the days of social media tools. So, leveraging her professional event planning experience, she not only planned their wedding, but she also designed and created many of their wedding elements, such as the decor. Fortunately, she had a trustworthy friend to execute her wedding day plans, allowing her to enjoy the wedding experience.

When reflecting on her wedding day, Kelly wished that she would have had more guidance and direction in planning and creating the experience. And, she knew that she never could have truly enjoyed her wedding like she did, if she didn't have a friend to bring her plans to fruition. Upon further reflection, Kelly knew there must be other brides seeking a customized wedding experience, like she had, without the stress of the planning and execution. She started doing freelance work to get her feet wet and learn the ins and outs of the Florida Keys Wedding Industry, and, soon, Just Save The Date was born!

Kelly currently spends time between both the Orlando & Key West offices and enjoys spending time with her husband Alan, an attorney and Navy Reservist, their son, Jameson and their dog, Murphy.
